The Build Process Is Easy!
Please take down any expensive art, frames, china, or other irreplaceable items from your walls the night before we are scheduled to build. Though rare, the vibrations from nail guns and workers could cause an item to fall.
Cover or remove any items in the attic or open ceiling garages as some granules and other small roofing debris can fall between the cracks of your roofs decking.
Keep pets and children indoors, gates that access your yard should be unlocked, please check gates at the end of the day to ensure they are closed and or locked again.
You do not need to be present during the construction as it takes place outside your home, many customers plan to be out for the day, returning at night when our crews are gone and their roof is finished.

Roofing Your Home: Installation Made Simple
Most average size homes will be done in one day. Materials show up to your home the business day before we build. Weather permitting your roof will be started and completed on the same day!

Color Selection Tips
Darker Colors attract more heat, this could raise your cooling cost in the summer. Lighter Colors will keep the house cooler in the summer, though may not warm as much in winter.
If you have an HOA you may have to get your shingle color approved prior to install if you change color. Though we try to remind customers in known HOA areas, this is the your responsibility to verify.
Many homeowners prefer to go back with a similar color to what they had, as it works best for their homes color scheme.
